The hotel was so close to everything, we walked everywhere. The pick-up bus stop for excursions was less than a minute walk too which was so convenient. Facilities at the hotel were great and the Spa was just a treat especially if you've been out the whole day. On arrival (late evening), the night staff on reception and for the duration of our stay were the best I've come across. Wadim and Issa were so helpful and are a credit to the hotel. They went above and beyond with booking our excursions finding us the best value for money. I was staying on longer and extended my stay. Lukas (Front Desk Manager - I think???) helped in securing the best rate which was amazing. We didn't use the restaurant but the room was a great size, hotel was is in an excellent location and the Spa was just amazing.

The hotel is brand new, everything is well maintained and clean. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. The bar staff were very courteous and polite. The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The geothermal pool is a nice thing to have in the SPA. The breakfast was of very good quality. The location is great in walking distance from all good restaurants. The room was large and comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Overall, it was a relaxing, well designed, spacious, luxurious location, and it made us happy to come back to the hotel after a day of visits.

The room was spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The common area was beautiful. The cleaning staff was on strike so the room could not be serviced daily; however, we did not need it to be. The other employees were very helpful with providing clean towels and keeping the common area spiffy. The location was perfect for walking around town, with shops and restaurants very close, and for walking to main bus stops for tour pick ups.

Excellent breakfast, with choices that include local foods. One can choose the type of coffee or tea they prefer. The buffet is enough, but they offer choices of eggs, pancakes and omelets from the kitchen as well. May I also add that the staff is most accommodating to any reasonable request.

Fabulous location very well looked after Divana was great and sorted out a lovely restaurant for my wife’s birthday. Not sure what happened to the flowers ? Great breakfast and very good attitude of all staff. Would definitely return.
